BMW F90 G30 M5/5 Series Carbon Fiber Dual Slat Grilles

Our Carbon Fiber and Gloss Black Dual Slat Grilles are a simple yet necessary addition to your BMW G30 5 series or F90 M5 that either initiates your "mod-bug" or ties together your cosmetic additions on your ride. Having a pair of upgraded kidney grilles is a MUST. These dual slate grilles give a more aggressive appearance and look great for any BMW. These grilles are made from OEM grade 100% Pre-Peg Dry Vacuumed Carbon Fiber and ABS plastic finished with a deep gloss and UV protectant clear coat to prevent from fading. As always, fitment is guaranteed on this part.  Dry carbon fiber is a manufacturing process produced by using a "pre-preg" or impregnated piece of carbon fiber material. This piece of carbon fiber is then placed into a mold to achieve its shape and vacuumed sealed to cure, known as the autoclave process. This method is used to manufacture the purest form of carbon fiber parts. This produces the lightest and highest-quality product as opposed to a "wet" production method, which typically uses ABS plastic or fiberglass. The autoclave vacuuming process allows for fewer pinholes and zero air pockets on the carbon fiber part. Dry carbon is the highest-quality version of carbon fiber products that are produced.
