This produces the lightest and highest-quality product as opposed to a "wet" production method, which typically uses ABS plastic or fiberglass. The autoclave vacuuming process allows for fewer pinholes and zero air pockets on the carbon fiber part. Dry carbon is the highest-quality version of carbon fiber products that are produced.
