BMW G22/G23 430i & M440i 4 Series Carbon Fiber CS Style Grilles

Introducing our CS style grilles for the G22/G23 4 Series! Adding these CS style grilles would enhance your BMW’s aggressive and unique aesthetic. We want to give our customers the opportunity to customize their BMW with these distinctive CS style grilles! Our grilles are made of 100% vacuum dry carbon fiber providing a lighter weight and stronger structure compared to a wet production that uses carbon fiber and ABS plastic. As always, coated with a special deep, high gloss clear coat to prevent fading, color change, and debris. Make sure to add these onto your 4 Series as they are a compliment to any other carbon fiber accessories or your car itself! Dry carbon fiber is a manufacturing process produced by using a "pre-preg" or impregnated piece of carbon fiber material. This piece of carbon fiber is then placed into a mold to achieve its shape and vacuumed sealed to cure, known as the autoclave process. This method is the used to manufacture the purest form of carbon fiber parts. This produces the lightest and highest-quality product as opposed to a "wet" production method, which typically uses ABS plastic or fiberglass. The autoclave vacuuming process allows for fewer pinholes and zero air pockets on the carbon fiber part. Dry carbon is the highest-quality version of carbon fiber products that are produced.
